Located in the Catoctin Mountains of Western Maryland, Catoctin Creek Farm raises award winning Romney sheep. Our Romney wool is highly prized by handspinners. We make wool products including blankets, roving, period throws, yarn, socks, and various other wool crafts.  We also produce hand turned wooden bowls from local trees that have come to end of life.

Using our natural wool products helps to sustain small farms. Historically, small farms have been the backbone of America. Our small agricutural business is concerned with maintaining high environmental standards. We won a soil conservation award as well as meet the qualifications for the Maryland Nutrient Management Plan to control runoff into the Chesapeake Bay.
